Worth the wait

I waited several months to get my flat iron and it was well worth the wait. When I say my hair was straight it, it was straight. I’m not a professional stylist, but the titanium doesn’t snag the hair. It gently slides down the hair. This gem is worth every penny!!!!!

A Solid Flat Iron

Let me start with the 4 stars versus 5. I knocked off one because I ordered silver and received purple; I emailed Customer Service but haven’t heard back yet. The shipping was steep at 16 bucks, but I understood why when it was sent via 2nd Day Air. I’ll start with the pros: beautiful carrying case, the wraparound plate construction allows you to hit the roots, and this is clearly Kee’s version of a famous flat iron she uses on her YouTube channel. I feel it, Kee! Cons: the barrel isn’t insulated so it gets way too hot during use (I burnt the side of my finger), and the cord is about 6 ft long (which is pretty short...the famous-branded sister comes with a 9 ft cord, but hey, I get that there has to be some sacrifices for a lower price point).

I waited six months to purchase my flatiron and it was worth the wait. I kept missing when they were in stock. By no means am I professional stylist, but my hair looked like I just left the salon. The case is absolutely gorgeous!!!! It take all of 60 seconds for the flatiron to heat up. I had to do a couple of run throughs until I got the feel of it. Also, I didn’t have the heat too high. I’m naturally curly and my hair turned out as though it was relaxed. My old ceramic iron will never see my hair again.
