We hope you love your products as much as we love them. All sales are final. Sometimes mistakes may occur, packages get lost in shipment or something spills, we want to correct the situation. Please let us know within 60 days of purchase.

Shipping
We believe the world should experience our products and can ship virtually everywhere. Some destinations may take longer to receive shipments than other.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options. It can take up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
